Do you understand and agree to doing your best to model learning for your child by participating in the class activities and help them participate? *

Each class size will be 8-10 children and their respective adult. Classes will be filled before another class is opened. Please indicate which class is best for your schedule so once options become available, schedules can be adjusted. *

I accept the 10:45am Saturday class and this is my first choice.
I accept the 10:45am Saturday class but would rather have 9:30pm Saturday.
I accept the 10:45am Saturday class but would rather have a weekday.
I cannot come at on Saturday and choose to wait for an opening in a weekday class

By registering for this class, I signify that I understand: 1: there will be 15 weeks of classes offered, I may choose to attend all or some of them. 2: A participating adult must attend with each child. 3: Acceptance into this class will be finalized once payment and a completed contract (to be emailed after receipt of application) have been submitted. *
